Authorization, access, and use

Google user data is accessed only after account-owner authorization through Google OAuth. Data is used only to perform user-directed or explicitly configured JCN operations, such as email triage, scheduled metadata scans, calendar operations, and document workflows.

Depending on the requested operation, data may include email metadata and content, Drive metadata and file content, calendar data, contacts, documents, and spreadsheets. Access and permissions should be limited to what the requested operation requires.

Storage and processing

OAuth credentials and operational state are stored locally on user-controlled systems where applicable and protected using local credential and configuration controls.

Data may be processed by configured infrastructure or AI service providers only when necessary to perform the user-directed feature and with the account owner's consent. This processing is limited to the authorized feature and subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Uses JCN does not permit

JCN does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, provide it to data brokers, use it for credit decisions, or use it to train generalized or non-personalized AI models. These restrictions also apply to data derived from Google user data.

Retention

Operational logs and derived artifacts are retained only as needed for operation, debugging, auditing, and user-directed workflows.

Revoking access and requesting deletion

The account owner can revoke JCN Agent access through Google Account permissions. Revoking access stops future authorized access; it does not automatically delete previously retained operational logs or artifacts.

Google API Services User Data Policy

JCN Agent's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
